ISV User Communities

Independent Software Vendors have unique needs from their user community (and vice-versa). The formula for meeting this long list of often disparate needs is to identify the congruency in goals and create the right environment that can help achieve those goals.

To address the comprehensive needs of an ISV community, we utilize our technology community product TCP, designed specifically to balance the needs of a software provider and their user community. Combined with our community support and facilitation services, the result is a mulit-faceted community, with participants from several departments, providing the "town square" for users to communicate, exchange ideas, and innovate.
