General Technology Communities

Our General Technology Solution is directed toward vendor-agnostic communities, which often have a purpose to build awareness and drive proliferation of a technical standard or specification. To support this solution, we combine the flexibility and power of our Drupal-based Technology Community Platform (TCP) with our experience and knowledge to:

• Identify Community Goals: For what purpose are we here? Who's involved, what are their incentives, and what common threads are there?
• Design and Construct the Community Infrastructure: What is the site design? What community features do we need to support our goals? What type of look and feel do we want?
• Implement Content and Features: What do we need to support the above goals, in terms of content and community features?
• Attract Members: Who is our target market, and how do we get them involved?
• Define Governance: Who's in charge? What is the process of interacting and publishing content? Who manages conflict?
